This delicious no bake strawberry cheesecake recipe is really easy to make. To get started first you will need to take out a mixing bowl and then add in your softened cream cheese. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is extremely smooth and even with no clumps. Next gradually mix in the white superfine sugar and Smucker's strawberry jam, stirring with your electric mixer until both ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese. Moving along, next pour in the Madagascar vanilla extract and fresh cold sour cream, and then mix them into the cream. Next fold in the Cool Whip brand whipped cream, and blend it into the cream cheese pie batter. At this point your pie filling is done, so remove the packaging from the premade pie crust, and pour in the cream cheese filling. Using a mixing spoon, spread the pie filling out so that it is even. You can now slide your no bake strawberry cheesecake pie into the refrigerator to chill for four full hours, as this will allow your pie filling to set.
